International Private Leased Circuits (IPLCs)
Windward Telecom IPLCs are point-to-point, private line circuits that are used by organizations to connect offices and data centres that are geographically dispersed worldwide. An IPLC can be used for:

Dedicated Internet Access
Windward Telecom’s Dedicated Internet Access provides dedicated bandwidth solutions to enterprises and carriers in Trinidad & Tobago beginning at 2Mbps.

IDD Voice Termination
Windward Telecom provides wholesale voice termination on a carrier-grade basis to Trinidad and Tobago for all wireline and wireless carriers including:
- Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) landline
- B-Mobile (TSTT Mobile)
- Digicel Trinidad
- Columbus Communications
All voice traffic traverses Windward Telecom's POP in Terremark's NAP of the Americas in Miami, over its private network to Windward Telecom's Network Operations Centre in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad. This network architecture enables Windward Telecom to manage and monitor the undersea network between countries allowing control of facility usage, ensuring voice quality. SIP is the primary method of interconnection.
Windward Telecom provides voice origination and aggregation services for a number of call centres and internet service providers. Windward Telecom's service offering will expand when Equal Access is introduced in Trinidad and Tobago.
Trinidad Offshore Fibre Electronics (TOFFE)
Windward Telecom's 700 km Trinidad Offshore Fibre Electronics (TOFFE) project has the following objectives
- To provide virtually unlimited telecommunications bandwidth to oil and gas companies operating in T&T waters to enable such entities to operate their facilities in an economically-efficient and environmentally-conscious manner;
- To provide bandwidth to Government agencies in Tobago seeking to enhance information-intensive development;
- To provide bandwidth to Government agencies monitoring national security and environmental affairs within T&T territorial waters;
- To provide bandwidth to alternative telecommunications carriers operating in Tobago and the more remote regions of southeastern Trinidad; and
- To provide transport services to international carriers from South America through the Galeota Point landing station.
