Windward Telecom's management team is well versed in the vagaries of creating and operating start-up telecommunications ventures in the Caribbean Region.

Chairman - James J. Meenan BA, ICD.D

James brings over 35 years telecommunications experience to Windward Telecom. For many years, Mr. Meenan served in various positions of increasing responsibility with AT&T Corporation. As well, James served as President of AT&T Canada Enterprises from 1995-2001. He also has served on many boards for technology and telecommunication companies. James holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute if Corporate Directors.

Chief Executive Officer - Douglas G. Cunningham HBA, MBA, ICD.D

Doug also serves as President of Network Research Inc. a telecommunications consultancy based in Oakville, Canada with clients in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, St. Lucia, Barbados, Hungary and Ghana. He was one of the founding shareholders of TeleCayman Limited, Antilles Crossing Inc. and TeleBarbados Inc. Prior to 1998, Doug was an investment banker with major Canadian and international financial institutions and was consistently ranked as one of Canada's leading telecommunications analysts between 1982 and 1993. He also served as a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Investment Committee of the Ontario Government' Council for an Information Infrastructure between 1993 and 1997. Holder of HBA and MBA degrees from the Ivey School of Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario, Doug also holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Director - The Honourable James M. Farley, QC, BA, MA, LLB

For 17 years until his retirement, James served as Senior Justice of the Commercial List in the Supreme Court of Ontario. The Hounourable Farley is a Rhodes Scholar and graduate of University of Western Ontario (BA 1962) and BA Oxford University 1968. Also holds an LLB(1968) from the University of Toronto. He now serves as Senior Counsel to McCarthy Tetrault LLP, one of Canada's largest law firms.

Director - Mark MacDonald BA, MBA, ICD.D

Mark serves as Managing Director Investments for CA Bancorp Inc. Prior to Ca Bancorp in May 2006, Mr. McDonald was Vice President, Ontario Teachers Pension Plan in Private Capital Division. Mark holds an Honours B.A. Economics Degree from Queens University, an MBA from York University and is an accredited director with the institute of Corporate Directors.

Director - Jake Trainor BEE, MBA

Jake serves as Vice President Corporate Development at CA Bancorp Inc. Prior to joining CA Bancorp in early 2007, Mr. Trainor was a senior Associate at Mercer Consulting Group and has significant industry experience in Transportation, technology and the retail sectors. Mr. Trainor earned his MBA from the School of Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario and holds a Bachelor of electrical engineering degree from the Royal Military College.

Director - Robert Stauble

Robert built a successful marine services and diving company in Trinidad before selling in 2005. Robert has proven invaluable to Windward Telecom in opening doors with the oil and gas companies and with various government ministries. Robert holds a Business degree with a Major in Marketing from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.

Director and Corporate Secretary - Shontelle Murrell LLB

Ms. Murrell is an associate with the Barbados law firm of George Walton Payne. A graduate from the University of West Indies with an LLB in 2006. She was admitted to the Barbados bar in October 2006.

Vice President Business Development - Mike Cunningham BA Hons.

Mike Cunningham has experience in the both the investment and telecommunications industries in Canada. Prior to entering the telecommunications field, he was an investment analyst at Northern Rivers Capital Management, working for one of Canada's most successful hedge fund managers. In 2004, he founded Speak Telecom Inc., a telecommunications company serving wholesale, commercial and residential clients throughout Canada and in 2006 co-founded a prepaid calling card company serving the Ontario market. Speak Telecom built its own leased-network throughout Ontario and provided local PRI, toll free, direct access and dial-around international and long distance services to its customers.

Chief Financial Officer - Jeremy Hacking- CA, FCA

Jeremy has broad experience in public accounting and information technology companies in Canada and the United Kingdom. He has provided services to telecommunications companies in Canada and the Caribbean and was and executive with IBM Canada, prior to which he was a partner for 18 years with a Big four international accountancy firm.

Marketing Director - Sarah Nelson BA, M. Dip.

Sarah has experience in the marketing sector for various companies within Canada. She is thoroughly versed in many marketing activities and administration functions. Sarah holds a degree in History and Business from Trent University (2005) and Post Graduate in Marketing Management from Humber Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning (2006). Sarah will be handling administration and public marketing inquiries for Windward Telecom.
